The rules of the house — what you agree to when you book a room, a table, a treatment or an event at Luna Resort, and what we commit to in return.
Bookings and rates
A booking is confirmed when we issue a confirmation email or reference number — until then no contract exists. Rates are quoted in AUD and include GST. A valid card is required to guarantee every reservation; nothing is charged until the terms of your rate say so.
Promotional and package rates carry the conditions shown at booking (prepayment, minimum stay, credit expiry). The rate on your confirmation is the rate you pay — we don't re-price confirmed bookings.
Check-in, conduct and house rules
Check-in runs from 2 pm, checkout until 11 am unless your rate states otherwise. Valid photo ID is required at check-in for all adult guests.
Guests are expected to treat the property, staff and other guests with respect. We can refuse service or end a stay without refund for genuinely disruptive, dangerous or unlawful behaviour. Smoking is prohibited indoors; designated areas are signposted.
Casino access — 18+
Entry to all gaming areas is strictly limited to persons aged 18 and over, with photo ID required. Minors may not enter gaming areas under any circumstances.
Luna Resort promotes responsible gaming: voluntary limits, self-exclusion and cooling-off options are available at the cashier and through your player card. Staff are trained to intervene where required by law.
Responsible gaming
Gaming at Luna Resort is entertainment, not a way to make money. Set a budget before you play, take breaks, and never chase losses.

Spa, pool and leisure
Spa treatments and leisure facilities are used at your own risk; tell our team about medical conditions or pregnancy before treatments so we can advise properly. Children under 15 must be supervised by an adult on the pool deck at all times.
Day passes and memberships are personal, non-transferable and subject to daily capacity caps.
Liability and changes
Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law — nothing here removes your statutory rights. We're not liable for events genuinely outside our control (extreme weather, utility failures, government directions).
